  • The Planetary Gearbox (PG) series of gearmotors feature robust planetary gearing inside paired with reliable motors. You asked for it, we delivered. This gearmotor features hex output shaft options to easily attach to 3/8 in. or 1/2 in. hex bore wheels, sprockets, and other motion products without the need for adapters.

    The PG Series of Planetary Gearboxes are designed for the following motors for the specific ratios RS775-125 Motor, with Encoder For PG27 Gearbox and RS775-5 Motor, with Encoder For PG71 and PG188 Gearbox.

    Useful Additional PG Parts:
    • Mounting a PG to a frame, Motor Mount Bracket (am-4244)
    • Adapting the old 10 mm PG shaft to a 1/2 in. round geometry with a 1/8 in. key, PG Shaft to 1/2 in. with 1/8 in. Machine Key Adapter (am-0996)
    • If an old 10 mm shaft becomes damaged you can replace it with am-2523
    • If you need a key for an old style PG gearbox we offer 4 mm x 12 mm Machine Key (am-1249)
