Snap Latch

This latch is a slim profile option for securing access panels, bumpers, or anything else you want to be able to remove quickly and easily without tools.

To use, mount the base/slider portion to the part you intend to remove, and mount the post to the fixed side, such as the robot. The post passes through the hole in the latch. The slider can then be pushed over the post to snap on and secure the removable item in place.

The hole spacing is such that it can be used with components that have a 1 in. or 1/2 in. grid of #10 holes. The latch comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. Spacers can be added below the post to raise it up to account for different thicknesses of the moving part.
