Unlike some other Arduino boards, the Ethernet Arduino does not have an onboard USB-to-serial driver, so an external one is required for programming. This cable will also power the Arduino and automatically reset it after loading a sketch.The FTDI cable is USB to Serial (TTL Level) converter. This will connect TTL interface devices to USB. The I/O pins are configured to operate at 5V.
